We as an implementation team handover the project to the operations team. This is a formal acceptance of the final project deliverable that determines the closure of the project. In a meeting with our clients and the project sponsors, wherein all are in agreement to conclude the project; we declare the project success. Our aim is to bring the project to a successful closure by meeting our clients acceptance criteria, through our close management of the project and keeping it on schedule and on-budget.
