Snehal heads the consultancy firm. The Grid, which is a team of passionate professionals, works towards design strategies for various commercial complexes, residential projects, shopping malls etc. He has been associated with H & K Solutions for the past 7 years and has contributed towards many of their projects with his expertise in architectural and interior designing.

With a career span of more than two decades, Arun Kumar has a rich experience in landscape architecture for projects both in India and other parts of the world. He has worked with the well known architect Late Mr. Nari Gandhi and has been associated with Belt Collins Hawai Singapore & Nekkien Sekkie Singapore and W.A.T.G.(Singapore). He has been associated with many prestigious projects like the famous Akshardham temple in Gandhi Nagar & New Delhi, waterfront developments for Sheraton Group of Hotels in Kenya & Bali and Sahara, Aamby Valley, Lonavala to name a few. He has also been awarded the Priyadarshini award in 1997. Arun has been associated with the H & K group for the last 8 years and has contributed richly to the Science City project Ahmedabad, the Marriots, Ahmedabad and is actively involved in the shaping of the Future resort project in Mangalore. Under his guidance, H & K looks forward to many more projects taking shape as landmark creations.

Dipak Narkhede has been associated with Futura Group for almost 8 years. He oversees project implementation of all real estate projects and hospitality projects. Dipak has over 14 years of experience in real estate project development, including hotels & residential projects. His expertise in project management, with a core competency in project management, planning, cost control, contract administration & vendor development is augmented by his wide experience in development of commercial & hospitality projects. As a civil engineer, he started his career with the Airport Authority of India, Mumbai. Some of the other projects that he has been a part of implementation are Planet Earth - Asia's first concrete monolithic dome, Hotel Courtyard by Marriott, Ahmedabad & Hotel East Inn in Ahmedabad. He was also involved with the Gujarat Earthquake Rehabilitation Project, Bhuj. Dipak is multilingual and is fluent in Marathi, Hindi, Guajarati and English.

Vikas, a civil engineer by profession, has over 13 years of experience in project management, quality control & quality assurance, planning & monitoring of real estate projects. During his career, he has developed more than 2 million sq.ft of construction. Some of the projects Vikas has implemented are the Meadows & La Habitat residential projects in Ahmedabad, SEZ-Nirlon Knowledge Park in Goregaon and a World Bank funded hospital project in Maharashtra. He is multilingual and fluent in Marathi, Hindi, Gujarati and English.

Praveen has over 13 years of experience in real estate projects. He gained extensive experience at Jones Lang LaSalle and at Larsen & Toubro as a project manager and implemented a range of projects including specialty hospital projects, star category hotels and industrial developments. Some of the projects he has been involved with are the Royal Orchid Central Hotel, Max Healthcare Super Specialty Hospital, Mohali in Punjab, ITC Trident, Haridwar. He is a civil engineer and has a Bachelor’s in Construction Project Management. He is fluent in Marathi, Hindi, Gujarati and English.

Lakkappa has over 18 years of experience in construction management with a focus on building services. His career includes a long stint with L & T where he was involved in the construction of several construction projects. His most recent project was the development of an all building service for the Ritz Carlton, Bangalore. In addition to this, some of the other hospitality projects that he has implemented are a leisure resort for Lintas at Khandala, Bella Vista Shopping Mall and Hotel at Panchkula (Haryana) - a project for ITC. He is a mechanical engineer and is fluent in Kannada, Hindi and English.

Sajid has 7 years in real estate project development experience over a range of asset classes - Hotels, Malls, residential projects. Some of the projects Sajid was associated with are St. Lauren Ahmedabad, Hotel Hyatt Mundra, Gujarat and Birla International School at Ajmer - Jaipur Highway near Kishangarh in Rajasthan. Sajid is an electrical engineer and is fluent in Gujarati, English and Hindi.

Pinkesh has 7 years of experience working with Pacifica, a US funded real estate developer. He was part of the project team that implemented several residential projects in Ahmedabad - Green Acres, La Habitat and Meadows, Applewood and also the Marriot Courtyard project. His core competency is in the areas of project budgeting, contracting, procurement planning, site co-ordination and vendor development. He is a civil engineer and can speak English, Hindi and Gujarati.
